These patches are so good for energy and just help to give you a little bit of a boost without energy drinks. Works well for low energy from low iron and the 5 packs lasts about a month (everyday use). Only issue is that they aren’t super sticky like some other patches and I find depending on what clothes I am wearing it will rub against the patch and make it fall off, would love if they were a bit more adhesive.
So we started by using the skulls with zero effect wearing 2 then 3 at once. Day 3 tried the butterfly’s and they worked gave us both energy then I tried the hearts and wore two on my collar bone 1 behind my ear that worked too so much energy no drinking energy drinks all week abs I used to drink them every day . I stopped drinking coffee this week too. I ordered more butterfly stickers and the limited edition ones. I’m going to keep wearing 3 stickers each day
It's a great product I do FEEL the energy started off with just one and had to take it off after 30 mins lol I felt too much energy to my liking, but now I can handle all 3 😁 only down side is I can't use them anymore I get a rash/itchy after 1 hr where the sticker is on my body is just sensitive but great buy !I don't regret it
